Followed user-centered design methods to develop online content, navigation, and terminology for several of Microsoft's internal software programs including version control technology, a debugging program, and a localization program.

Windows 98 Web team, web content developer
Wrote about features of the Windows 98 operating system for the Microsoft Web site and responded to press inquiries.

Encarta group, software content developer
Wrote and edited content for the Encarta software product.

Worked with beta versions of software applications and tested all features.
