Since 1985, I have provided accurate and lively technical and scientific communication support to customers in industry, government, and non-profit organizations. With a B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Davis; Master of Technical and Scientific Communication from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio; and Master of Philosophy in International Peace Studies from the Irish School of Ecumenics, Trinity College Dublin, I offer unparalleled breadth and balance in conveying highly technical information, giving voice to the public's concerns, and facilitating effective two-way communication with stakeholders.

An early entrant in the field of scientific and technical communication, I've moved far beyond my initial role of editing other people's ideas. Now I'm often responsible for conveying organizations' goals and accomplishments to the media and the public; applying for funds so organizations can continue to work toward their goals; responding to regulatory demands; and designing information campaigns for audiences with unique needs.
